“Spontaneity IV” was created with cold wax medium mixed with oil paint. It has numerous layers of color scraped, wiped and chemically dissolved to give the desired appearance. It represents the many colors of rock, vegetation and shadows basking in the blazing heat of the sun in the Arizona desert.
